The above activity can be shown as follows:
Aim: To hold the pan in the inverted position over the steam, observe the inner surface of the pan and make the necessary conclusions.
Materials Required: Container,water, pan.
Procedure:
(i) Take the container with water and boil it.
(ii) Now hold the pan in an inverted position some distance above the boiling water. Observe what happens on the inner surface of the pan.
Observations:
Droplets of water will form on the inner surface of the pan.

Conclusions:
Water changed from liquid to vapour and then back to liquid on contact with the cooler pan. These are changes in the state of water and hence they are physical changes.
