Tractor: Modern tractors are used to carry out all the steps of crop production such as tilling or ploughing of the soil, hoeing, sowing, fertilising, irrigation, harvesting and threshing.
Seeder: The primary function of a seeder is to precisely plant seeds in the soil at a predetermined depth and spacing. This ensures uniformity and sufficient space for all seeds to grow, thus improving yield. This method also vastly reduces human labour.
Sprayer: Sprayers are used to quickly and efficiently distribute fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and other agrochemicals over large areas in a farm.
Irrigation Water Pumping System: These machines are used to deliver the right amount of water to crops. They use drip technology, sprinkler technology etc for this purpose. Sometimes water reuse and recycling can also be done using these systems.
