I believe the teacher will scold the student if he does not wear a uniform to school. He may even punish the student for breaking school rules.

(ii) When everyone wants a clear sky, what does the rebel want most?

When everyone wants a clear sky, the rebel yearns for rain.

Answer:

(iv) Why is it good to have rebels?

Answer:
The poet says that you might not enjoy being a rebel yourself because society does not like rebels and views them with suspicion. In extreme cases rebels are even persecuted for holding different opinions.

So, we can conclude that rebels are essential for society.
